Engaged
Matt proposed to me on December 19, 2010. It was a moment that I will remember for the rest of my life. The night of our engagement when everyone went to sleep after celebrating, my mind started to race on all the planning I had to start doing. With all the excitement and racing thoughts, I barely slept. I began planning immediately the next day. I was not one who thought about this day and planned ahead, for some reason I thought I would jinx it if I started early. I let myself soak all of the planning after the engagement. It has been a difficult and beautiful process. This is the story of how I planned for the first day of the rest of our lives.
